So, it's decided --- our movie screening will be on 6th July 2007.

Movie Screening

Venue: LT1
Time: 8.30pm - 8am
Price: $3 per ticket

5 movies will be screened

Target profit: $1500

Other details:

1. 8 tickets per student
-get the names/contacts by thursday 5th of July

2. Consent form serves as tickets
-tickets (consent forms) are to be collected at the door

3. Setting up booth on Wed & Thurs
-everyone to fill up duty list

4. Food
-What to buy: hot dogs & sticks, super ring, kachang puteh, cup noodles, can drinks
-How much to buy? (to be decided...)

5. Duties during the movie screening
-in charge of movie screening
-selling food
-collecting tickets
-clean up (ALL)
